Using the Milo studio

A working draft of how the product is meant to be used. Read it as a product description, not as a signed contract.

Draft for counsel

This is a placeholder so visitors can see what Milo does with their data and the product. It is not a finished legal document. It has no effective date and no law firm name. Counsel will replace this text before we treat it as a policy or a contract.

The service

Milo is a hosted studio for designing emails with AI chat and a visual editor. You export MJML or HTML and send through your own tools. Milo does not deliver the campaign to inboxes for you.

Accounts and workspaces

You need a Clerk account and an organization to use the studio. Organization admins invite members and control who can see that workspace. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what members do in your organization.

Your content

You keep the emails, brand kits, and files you put in Milo. You grant us a license to host, display, and process that content so the product can run, including sending it to the AI model when you use chat. Public preview links share a read-only email with anyone who has the URL. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

AI drafts

AI output can be wrong, off-brand, or unusable. Review it before you send. Milo does not give legal, medical, or financial advice. You stay responsible for the emails you export.

Acceptable use

Use Milo for your own campaigns and your team's work. Do not try to reach another organization's data, scrape the service, or use it to send unlawful or abusive mail. We may suspend access if that line is crossed.

Plans

Current plan names and feature splits live on Pricing . Checkout is not live yet. When billing attaches, paid plan rules will live in that flow and in the counsel-reviewed terms that replace this draft.

Availability

We run Milo as a hosted app and may change or interrupt it. This draft does not promise an uptime percentage or a service credit.

What this draft does not claim

It does not name a legal entity, governing law, venue, arbitration clause, or damages cap. It has no effective date. Counsel will write those terms. Until then, do not treat this page as a binding contract.
